We charge a flat rate of $5.99 per order for all non-rual orders sent within New Zealand. Rural deliveries have a flat rate charge of $8.99 per order. Orders can be collected from our premises in Bishopdale, Christchurch when a prior arrangement has been made. Please contact us to find a convenient time for us both.
We aim to have all orders with cleared payments received before 1pm dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the following working day. If we are unable to send your order in this time period we will contact you. We use PBT Couriers and Fastway Couriers for most items. We may also use NZ Post from time to time.
We are able to ship internationally with all orders priced individually. Please contact us for a price stating the items you wish to buy and we will contact you with a freight quote. Please Note: Any Free Freight offers we have on items do not apply to international orders.
The information we collect on this site is only used for its stated purpose. Mums Know Best do not sell, distribute or share any of your personal information to third parties. We retain your contact details for our own purposes only and we do not sell or share this information with any 3rd parties.

AVAILABILITY & BACKORDERS
From time to time items that are listed as in stock may in fact not be. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you within 24 hours to offer you a refund, or discuss placing the item on back order for you, or offering you a suitable alternative.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Mums Know Best would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size it can be returned for an exchange or credit of the purchase price back to you. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded and reshipping is at the customer's expense. Please note that this does not apply to sale items which unless faulty can not be returned.
Please contact us before returning an item and make certain the following apply:
The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached. The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.
Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.
FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 022 673 0010 and we will organise a replacement for you.
Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.
All orders sent by Mums Know Best sent within New Zealand are tracked. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will follow this up for you.
